Terms of Service. Infinite Fitness

These terms govern your use of the Infinite Fitness booking website and app. By creating an account or purchasing a package you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Who we are

Infinite Fitness, LLC, a California limited liability company, with its studio at 4330 Morena Blvd, Suite D, San Diego, CA 92117.

Account eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or 16-17 with the documented consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it current.

Bookings and class access

All bookings are processed through MindBody. Capacity is limited to 11 students per class.
Cancellation: classes can be cancelled at least 10 hours before the start time for free credit return. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged per the cancellation policy.
Studio rules: tennis shoes are required; arrive 10 minutes early; no late entry after class start. Full rules at /policies/studio-rules.
Waiver: every member signs the liability waiver before attending their first class.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars on the pricing page and may change. Changes don't apply to packages you've already purchased.
Auto-renew packages and memberships renew on the cycle disclosed at purchase. You can cancel with 30 days' notice by emailing heather@infinitefitness-sandiego.com.
All sales are final and non-transferable except as required by California law or our refund policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service to harass, threaten, or harm staff or other members.
Attempt to circumvent booking limits, RLS, rate limits, or any security measures.
Scrape, copy, or republish content (trainer bios, photos, videos, FAQ answers) without written permission.

Yes, “don't be a dick” is still the only studio rule. The rest follows.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Infinite Fitness's total liability arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate access without notice if you breach these terms or the studio rules. Active package balances will be honored or refunded per the refund policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll bump the effective date above and (for material changes) email account holders.
