Do I need to reserve a spot in the class?

Yes, you must sign-up online to reserve your spot. Classes are limited to 11 spots per session.

How do I get on the waitlist?

If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist online. We auto-promote waitlisted students 1 hour before the class starts if a spot opens up.

Do I need a Mindbody profile?

Yes, all bookings go through Mindbody. Create a free profile when you book your first class.

Can I set up recurring bookings?

Yes, recurring bookings are supported through Mindbody. Manage them under "My Schedule".

What is the cancellation policy?

Classes must be cancelled at least 10 hours before the start time to receive your class credit back. Late cancellations within 10 hours are charged a $15 fee.

What if I don't show up?

No-shows are charged $25 for all members. Arriving more than 5 minutes after class start counts as a no-show.

What should I bring to my first class?

Tennis shoes are REQUIRED to participate in any class. New students must arrive 10 minutes early. No late entry is permitted. Bring water and a towel.

Where do I park?

Street parking ONLY, in front of the studio. Please do not park in the neighbor's lot — we want to be good neighbors.

No childcare is provided, and pets are not permitted in the studio.
