Delete your account

You can delete your Infinite Fitness San Diego app account at any time, either from inside the app or by asking us to do it for you.

From the app, the fastest way

  1. Open Settings in your account
  2. Scroll to Delete account
  3. Tap Delete my account and confirm

The deletion happens immediately. You will need to be signed in.

By email, if you cannot sign in

Email hello@infinitefitness-sandiego.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your app account. We will confirm once it is done.

What gets deleted

  • Your sign-in for the app
  • Your name, email address and phone number as stored by the app
  • Your notification settings and any push notification subscriptions
  • The copy of your class bookings the app keeps

This is permanent. Nothing above is recoverable afterwards, and it is removed as soon as the deletion runs rather than after a waiting period.

What stays with the studio

Infinite Fitness runs its bookings on MindBody, and your client record there belongs to the studio rather than to the app. Deleting your app account does not remove it. That record holds your signed waiver, your class history and any packages or memberships you have bought, which the studio keeps for its own business and legal reasons.

Deleting your app account also does not cancel a membership or a class you are already booked into. To cancel a booking, do it before you delete. To end a membership or ask the studio to remove your records, contact the studio directly at the contact page.
