Refund Policy

Class purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

Classes must be cancelled at least 10 hours prior to the start time to receive your class credit back.

Late cancellations within 10 hours are charged a $15 late cancel fee.

A $25 no-show fee applies if you do not arrive or arrive more than 5 minutes after class start.

All members must have a valid credit card on file to hold reservations. Scheduling privileges are paused until the card on file is updated.
