Policy
Privacy Policy
Effective May 14, 2026
This policy explains what information Infinite Fitness, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects about you, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what choices you have. We keep things short so you can actually read it.
What we collect
- Account: email, name, phone, optional communication preferences.
- Bookings + purchases: which classes you book, cancel, attend, and which packages you purchase. Payments are processed by MindBody Payments; we never store card numbers.
- Waiver signature: timestamp and version of the liability waiver you sign. We do not store the signature image.
- Forms: the messages you send via our contact form, plus a salted hash of your IP address (used to rate-limit the form, not to identify you).
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 + Meta Pixel for aggregate traffic. You can opt out via your browser's standard tracking controls.
Why we collect it
- To run your account, schedule classes, and process payments.
- To send transactional messages (booking confirmations, reminders, cancellation receipts).
- To comply with our cancellation and waiver policies, including proving that you accepted them.
- To improve the studio experience — what classes are popular, where the schedule needs more capacity, what content is missing from our FAQ.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum data needed with the following processors:
- MindBody— booking, scheduling, and payment processing. Their privacy policy: company.mindbodyonline.com/legal/privacy-policy.
- Supabase— authentication, database, and storage. Hosted in the U.S. (us-west-1).
- Vercel— web hosting and analytics.
- Resend— transactional email delivery.
We do not sell your information, and we never share it with third parties for advertising outside of the aggregate analytics tools named above.
Your choices
- Notification preferences: opt out of reminders and promotions in your account settings.
- Account deletion: email heather@infinitefitness-sandiego.com. We retain transaction records for as long as legally required (typically seven years for tax purposes), then delete or anonymize.
- California residents: under the California Consumer Privacy Act you have the right to know what we collect, request deletion, and not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Send requests to the email above.
Children
Our services are not intended for children under 16. We welcome minors aged 16-17 with parental consent and a signed waiver.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and (for material changes) email anyone with an account. Your continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance.
