Privacy Policy. Infinite Fitness

This policy explains what information Infinite Fitness, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects about you, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what choices you have. It covers this website and the Infinite Fitness apps for iPhone and Android. We keep things short so you can actually read it.

What we collect

Account: email, name, phone number, and your notification preferences.
Studio profile: date of birth, postal address and an emergency contact. We pass these to MindBody to create your client record at the studio; the app does not keep its own copy.
Bookings and purchases: the classes you book, cancel and attend, the packages and memberships you buy, and the last four digits of a card used in the app. A card number you type is sent once, encrypted, to MindBody Payments and is never stored by us. Apple Pay and Google Pay are completed on MindBody's secure payment page.
Waiver signature: the date and version of the liability waiver you sign. We do not store the signature image.
Messages: what you send through the contact form, plus a salted hash of your IP address used only to limit spam.
Notifications: if you turn on class reminders, a push notification token for your device.
Product analytics: when you sign up, sign in, book, cancel, join a waitlist, buy a package, sign the waiver or send a message, we record that event with your account (including your name and email) in PostHog, so we can see how the studio's services are used.
Website analytics: PostHog page analytics, Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel load in your browser only after you accept cookies on the website.
Diagnostics: Sentry records crash reports and, for a small share of visits and any visit where an error happens, a replay of the screen with all text, form fields and images hidden, so we can find and fix problems.

Why we collect it

To run your account, schedule classes, and process payments.
To send transactional messages (booking confirmations, reminders, cancellation receipts).
To comply with our cancellation and waiver policies, including proving that you accepted them.
To improve the studio experience: what classes are popular, where the schedule needs more capacity, what content is missing from our FAQ.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum data needed with these providers:

MindBody: booking, scheduling, client records and payment processing. Their privacy policy: company.mindbodyonline.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Supabase: sign-in, database and storage, hosted in the U.S. (us-west-1).
Vercel: web hosting.
Resend: transactional email such as sign-in codes and booking confirmations.
Sentry: crash reporting and diagnostics.
PostHog: product analytics, as described above.
Google: Google Analytics, only with your consent, and delivery of push notifications on Android.
Meta: the Meta Pixel, only with your consent, to measure the studio's advertising.
Apple: delivery of push notifications on iPhone.

We do not sell your information. Apart from the consented Google Analytics and Meta Pixel measurement named above, we do not share it with anyone for advertising.

Your choices

Notification preferences: turn reminders and promotions on or off in your account settings.
Cookies: decline analytics cookies in the banner on the website. To change your mind later, clear this site's data in your browser.
Account deletion: delete your account in the app under Account, Settings, Delete account, follow the steps at app.infinitefitness-sandiego.com/delete-account, or email heather@infinitefitness-sandiego.com. Deleting your app account immediately removes your sign-in, your profile, the app's copy of your bookings and purchases, and your push subscriptions. Messages you sent through the contact form are not linked to your account; ask us and we delete them too.
What the studio keeps: your client record at MindBody belongs to the studio and is kept for its business and legal records, including transaction records for as long as the law requires (typically seven years for tax purposes), then deleted or anonymized.
California residents: under the California Consumer Privacy Act you have the right to know what we collect, request deletion, and not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Send requests to the email above.

Children

Our services are not intended for children under 16. We welcome minors aged 16-17 with parental consent and a signed waiver.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and (for material changes) email anyone with an account. Your continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance.
